What is your return policy?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not order unnecessary products. If there is something wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or if you are unhappy by contacting us at lyriel@mail.de.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these points apply, contact our customer support at lyriel@mail.de with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will take care of it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
As we work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered, we do not currently offer exchanges. To avoid unnecessary production of items, take a look at our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for every item in our store in the product description. While it is rare, it is possible that an item you have ordered has been mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know within one week of receiving your order at lyriel@mail.de. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund the purchase price!
